November 24th, 2015: Game Audio – Music and Sound Design
Come join us at CoLab Workspace to talk about audio in games:
This will be a short class on game audio basics. It will start with the basics of digital audio and how it works. Then cover some implementation concepts and best practices.
We will discuss how to make sound FX, and even make some to put into a game.
If there is time we can go into some procedural audio and FMod, which is the core audio engine used in Unity.
