We&#8217;d like to thank everyone who showed up. It was a phenomenal\u00a0time, and we had a great group\u00a0with\u00a0all skill levels. We had 4 groups making 4 separate games. You can see (and play!) the <a href=\"http:\/\/globalgamejam.org\/2016\/jam-sites\/colab-workspace\/games\">games up on the global game jam&#8217;s website here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s theme was &#8216;Ritual!&#8217;<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Global Game Jam 2016 - Keynote - THEME HERE (16:51)!!!! Goats<\/h4>\n<p>A fun game with a smash brothers vibe, developed in Unity.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/globalgamejam.org\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/game_content__wide\/public\/games\/screenshots\/use02_0.png?itok=1D31XaWZ\" alt=\"\" width=\"767\" height=\"545\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Sword of Memory<\/h4>\n<p>Made in Stencyl, this team brought together some great art and built a top-down game about a sword that slowly made you lose your memory.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/globalgamejam.org\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/game_content__wide\/public\/games\/screenshots\/still1_13.jpg?itok=ZE4ltAxY\" alt=\"\" width=\"767\" height=\"545\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Tap Battle<\/h4>\n<p>A 2-player, pass and play rhythm based game, like a rap battle, but with tapping! This game was built in html and javascript, and <a href=\"http:\/\/107.170.240.103\">you can play it here!<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/tgdstaging.enemyhideout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/tap_battle.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-87\" src=\"https:\/\/tgdstaging.enemyhideout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/tap_battle-1024x560.png\" alt=\"tap_battle\" width=\"700\" height=\"383\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Beasts of the Underworld<\/h4>\n<p>A great looking game where you gather souls and raise zombies from the graveyard to attack a town.
